Each of our luxury tariffs rainforest cottages has a king bed, TV, DVD, surround sound superb fern gully outlook, and a large open fireplace where you will be topped up each evening with wood for a cozy evening by the fire (winter months only).

Gourmet Catering

- Cooked Breakfast Indulgence – $95 per couple
- Three Course Dinner for Two (freshly prepared ready for reheating) – $200 per couple (currently unavailable)
- Gourmet Barbeque Pack, Lunch, Picnic Hamper or Supper – $170 per couple
- Early arrival or late departure – $65 per hour
- Massage – Aromatherapy relaxation massage (one hour each) – $330 per couple

Standard arrival from 4.00pm
Standard departure by 12 noon
Booking and Payment
Bookings to be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit to the value of the first night of your stay at time of booking; single night stays must be paid in full. Balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
A credit card authorisation or security deposit of $550.00 (refundable within 7 days after departure) is required.
If your credit card is declined for any transaction we may charge you $10.00 per incidence. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure available funds are on the nominated credit card, as reminders are not sent out.
Cancellations – We strongly advise taking travel insurance to cover loss in the event of cancellation.
If you need to change your booking or postpone your stay, this can be arranged for an administrative fee of $60.00 with a minimum of 14 days notice. We do not provide refunds.
Any changes or cancellations within 14 days or failures to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at full rate.

Woodlands Rainforest Retreat is a couples resort and therefore the maximum occupancy is two (2) adults 18+ only. NO PETS ALLOWED DUE TO WILDLIFE PRESERVATION.
