Dining 

At Woodlands we understand that guests rarely want to leave their cottage once they have arrived as fireside dining in winter and alfresco dining on the deck in summer are so popular. We have enhanced the experience by making high-quality chef-prepared meals available. We include linen, table napkins, and mood-enhancing candles to add to the experience.

Relax 

Being able to relax in the seclusion of your cottage to enjoy the natural surroundings, not have to go out again or risk a drunk driving incident, but instead to have a superbly prepared meal provided and be able to totally unwind is our genuine commitment to you.

Choice 

Choose from a fully prepared three-course meal, complete with comprehensive reheating instructions, a fabulous Gourmet BBQ Hamper to pop onto the large private BBQ on your deck, or a platter of local delicacies to eat in or packed in a picnic basket. Whatever you choose, a wine, beer, or coffee to accompany it will be available – all locally produced, of course.

Perfect romantic getaway – 5-star “Great service, quiet, secluded cottage with excellent facilities. We spent three days in the Laughing Ducks cottage. The bathroom opened onto the generous deck so we had a view of the bush from the spa. The food provided was top notch and the cooking facilities were excellent. We also had relaxing massages with the therapists working their magic on the deck so we could enjoy the fresh air while being pampered. How good was it? A Thousand Times Better Than Expected!!! – 5 stars                                                              “We were completely amazed from the second we walked into our cottage. It was so peaceful, secluded and completely relaxing. The only thing you can hear when you walk outside are the birds and the river. Everything inside was so luxurious, from the welcome hamper to the sunken spa. We didn’t need anything else (except for more of the delicious complementary port).
